Chris Hilger is the Founder & CEO of SolisRx, a boutique healthcare analytics consultancy specializing in data-driven growth for multi-site infusion and specialty pharmacy providers. Since launching SolisRx in 2023, Chris has led the delivery of over 50 analytics and workflow automation solutions designed to accelerate performance across four core growth areas: Referrals, Intake Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Market Expansion.
Clients include FlexCare Infusion Centers, where Chris and his team built a comprehensive analytics suite that supported operational scale, executive reporting, and strategic planning, contributing to FlexCare Infusion Centers' successful acquisition in spring 2025.
SolisRx is deeply familiar with the outpatient infusion software ecosystem and regularly helps clients maximize value from platforms including WeInfuse, CareTend, R2, Mandolin, Tennr, and Trella Health, among others. The consultancy’s approach blends workflow visibility, low-code automation, and operational analytics to help clients turn data into action and build scalable, human+machine workflows.
Earlier in his career, Chris served as Director of Data Platforms at Kalderos, a Series-B healthtech company backed by Bain Capital Ventures, where he re-platformed the company’s legacy data warehouse and built its analytics organization from the ground up. He also led go-to-market efforts at Centaur Labs, a Y Combinator–backed startup focused on building large-scale human-in-the-loop labeling pipelines to train medical AI models, an experience that shaped his perspective on designing effective collaboration between people and machines.
Chris holds a Master’s in Health Data Science from Harvard and was selected to present at NICA 2025 and NHIA 2026 on topics including infusion analytics, intake workflow visibility, and automation. His insights were featured in Bourne Partners’ 2025 Infusion Market Update, and he continues to work closely with operators and private equity sponsors to drive sustainable growth through better data.
